3540582 507150 m40 or 507-150-36 is a Widia/Manchester classic separator cutoff insert. 
4mm (.157") wide 4 degree left hand lead angle m40 grade is a tough carbide that can take being run at low surface footage and unrigid set ups.
M40 is a PVD Tin coated shock resistant grade of carbide originally designed for use in Screw Machines.  Ideal for low SFM (under 200 to 50 sfm) and interrupted cuts.

Works well in Stainless steels, Low carbon steels and many Hi-Temp alloys.
