If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

 

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RGA) from our customer service department at 1-877-737-8665.  Any packages shipped without an RGA number will be rejected.

 

All products are required to be return in their original - resaleable condition- in their manufacturers containers.

No products can be returned if the manufacturers packaging is missing or severly damaged. 

 

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.   

Restocking charges may apply if the manufacturer requires a restocking charge.

 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
