3542856 AKA 582-107-33,582107 M45,WMTS250I6P03PT M45, are .250" wide x .010"corner radius Widia WMTC-PT plung n turn inserts.  
The M45 gade is a PVD Coated TiCn coated shock resistant carbide grade made for stainless, mild steels and high temp alloys.  The coating is a very lubrious coating that is resistant to edge build up and has improved abrasion resistance.
